Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Manvansh Trends, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, our exchange, return, and refund policies are here to help.


1. Exchange Policy

Please note that we are not accepting any returns/refunds. We only give a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery.
We do not accept any return/ refund after the product is delivered. 

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.


2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Accepted Reasons:

    • Defective or damaged item

    • Wrong item received

  • Not Eligible for Return:

    • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

    • Innerwear, accessories, or customized items (for hygiene and personalization reasons)

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process:

    1. Email support@manvanshtrends.com with order details and product images.

    2. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.


Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
