1. Exchange Policy

Note :  Once you Receive parcel then after please take a video of parcel while open it.(Complusory needed)

MANVANSH TRENDS – EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Returns / No Refunds: We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchange Only: We provide a one-time exchange within 48 hours of delivery, strictly for genuine damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Report Within 24–48 Hours: Any complaint regarding damage, defect, or stains must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Photo/Video Proof: We may request clear digital photos or an unboxing video to verify the reported issue.

  • Product Verification: The product must be sent back to our office for inspection. Exchange will be processed only after the product is received and the issue is verified by our team.

  • No Personal-Preference Exchange: Exchange is not available for change of mind, fabric preference, color preference, fitting/size issues, design preference, or simply not liking the product.

  • Final Decision: Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Manvansh Trends.

Please check all product details carefully before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Return Policy

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all product details, including fabric, color, size, measurements, design, and specifications before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final.

Returns Are Accepted ONLY Under These Conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Item: A return or exchange may be accepted if the product is received with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Sale, Discount & Promotional Orders: Products purchased during any sale, discount, offer, or promotional campaign are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Innerwear & Accessories: Not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Customized / Made-to-Order Items: Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable because they are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.

  • Change of Mind: Returns will not be accepted simply because you do not like the product, fabric, color, design, fitting, material, or overall appearance after receiving it.

  • Personal Preference: Dissatisfaction based on personal choice or expectation is not considered a valid reason for return.

IMPORTANT

Customers are requested to check all product information carefully before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary inconvenience.

For any damage or defect claim, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened. Claims without proper opening-video proof may not be accepted.

Manvansh Trends reserves the right to inspect and verify every return request. A return or exchange will only be approved after verification that the issue falls within the conditions stated above.

By placing an order with Manvansh Trends, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Exchange Policy.

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCE, CHANGE OF MIND, OR FAILURE TO CHECK PRODUCT DETAILS BEFORE ORDERING.

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

The customer should Return a courier within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return Request. 

  • Customer have to courier us of return order ( Incase of damage then only ) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund.
  • Stitched pcs can't return or cancel in any condition.

3. Refund Policy

    • No Refunds: Manvansh Trends does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
    • Wrong Product / Defective Product: If we send the wrong product or you receive a genuine defect, we may offer an exchange only, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
    • Product Out of Stock: If the ordered design becomes out of stock, you may choose another available product of suitable value for exchange.
    • Customer’s Correct Order: If you receive the correct product as ordered and as per your selected choice, no exchange or refund will be provided.
    • No Personal-Preference Claims: No exchange/refund will be accepted for change of mind, fabric, color, design, fitting, size, or simply not liking the product.
    • Final Decision: All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Manvansh Trends.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
