At Manvansh Trends, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. No Return & No Refund Policy
All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.
Refunds will only be considered if required under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer one-time exchange only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged during transit.

Manufacturing defect.

Wrong product received.

Missing item(s) in the package.
No exchange will be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind.

Color variation due to screen or lighting differences.

Personal preference.

Incorrect size ordered by the customer (unless the wrong size was shipped by us).

Minor variations in embroidery, print, weaving, embellishments, or handwork, which are inherent characteristics of ethnic apparel.
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
A continuous, clear, and unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for every order.
The video must:

Start before opening the sealed package, clearly showing the shipping label.

Show the package being opened without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

Clearly display all contents of the parcel.
No claim for damage, missing items, wrong product, defects, stains, or any other issue will be accepted without a valid parcel opening video. Edited, incomplete, or unclear videos will not be considered as evidence.
4. Reporting a Claim
Any complaint regarding a damaged, defective, incorrect, stained, or missing product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Order Number.

Parcel opening video.
-
Clear photographs of the product and issue.

A brief description of the problem.
Claims submitted after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Approval Process
All exchange requests are subject to verification by our Quality Assurance Team.
If the claim is approved:

The customer must return the product in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, free from perfume, stains, alterations, or any customer-caused damage.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched.
If the returned product fails inspection, the exchange request may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.
6. Shipping Charges
Unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong product or verified manufacturing defect), shipping and courier charges associated with an exchange may be borne by the customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local delivery fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Product Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same product, size, or color is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer:

An exchange for another product of equal value; or

Store credit, if applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, packed, or shipped.
9. Natural Product Variations
Our products may feature handcrafted embroidery, prints, dyeing, weaving, sequins, or embellishments. Minor variations are a natural characteristic of handmade and ethnic garments and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
Manvansh Trends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall, in all cases, be limited to the purchase price of the product.
11. Right to Refuse Claims
Manvansh Trends reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:

Required evidence is not provided.

The request falls outside this policy.

Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.

The product has been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
